Recently we have been helping a number of clients with properties damaged by Buddleai. We have attended a number of conferences & events where this issue has been raised & whilst there are no current laws to prohibit the sale or punishment for damages caused by Buddleia they general consensus was that this may happen in the future. We also agreed that Buddliea can cause more damage to buildings than many famous, more like infamous, plants such as Japanese Knotweed can actually cause !
